Really great room, comfortable, heating was working, but difficult to find the location.

The room was not clean at arrival. The floor was dusty, the shower clogged and full of hair, and both bed sheets and towels had big rips.
After informing reception, they made sure to address the issues, but some towels in the next days were still ripped.
The biggest problem was that our window was broken and for winter a lot of cold air was coming in. This made the room extremely cold.
For the rest, the location is excellent, internet worked fine and the rooms were quiet.

Great location 10mins walk from the famous Bell Tower. The metro station here is direct to Xi’an North Railway Station. Reception is 24hrs - very useful as I checked in late (11pm) and left earlier (4am). Staff were helpful and nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay here again

Hygiene: The bed sheets and quilt covers are clean, but the furniture is dusty and the bed is not cleaned up and is full of melon seed shells

Service: OK. The restaurant recommended by the boss is delicious and just across the street. The boss is very nice. It would be better if the hygiene is better.
